Welcome! The LGBTQ Committee was established in 2011 as a a subcommittee of the University of Virginia Diversity Council. Our group serves as the Employee Resource Group (ERG) dedicated to the recruitment, retention, and support of LGBTQ+ staff and faculty across the Academic Division and UVA Health. This resource provides an overview of the University's accomplishments in LGBTQ inclusion.
